Note: Not all people are necessarily into PLUR though. At some raves, we came across people who told us were not really into the PLUR culture.
We have found that those people are either new to the scene or have been let down one way or another.
Even though this is rare, the PLUR culture is so strong that they will eventually get it and understand how it works and why it works. But know that the vast majority does have the peace, love, unity, and respect mentality.
